My 12 year old cried and begged forever to remove the Cole and Son monkey wallpaper and paint her room pink till I finally did. I tried to go a little more edgy pink but all she wants is the sweet LoveShackFancy look. It’s their rooms, they should be happy.

And good luck with battle with your daughter! Maybe a pink ceiling along with some cute pink accents will tide her over until she changes her mind again. Ha!

As a fellow former girly girly I understand the plight with Emma’s room! Maybe a compromise on something less permanent than the walls? Like pink bedding or a rug! Stuff that won’t be painful to change in a couple years.
