Last year my best surprise gift from Andrew was a night away alone in a hotel room at the Mandarin Oriental with a long massage. I cried I was so relieved to have time to myself to rest – it was truly the only thing I wanted. This year they added a special Celadon Stone Massage in a gorgeous newly designed treatment room if you want to drop the hint to someone…. :)

I think a lot of women would love the gift of time – even if it doesn’t involve a hotel room – someone offering to take the kids for the day and leave you alone in your house?! Sounds pretty dreamy right? Not everything has to be a material item – time, space and rest really are luxuries.

The very best gift we got Henry last year he still uses almost daily is this Razor Crazy Cart. All his friends love it when they come over and it was the best $250 we spent. There is a new light up version that I’m sure would be a HUGE hit too (but selling FAST).

For Emma, my home made-over Barbie house is only slightly a hit. She said she wants the “real plastic one” now (groan). This one is Barbie scale and much cuter, but MUCH pricier. Although she is now wanting all American Girl doll stuff (of course not the original, classic dolls like Samantha, but the new Gen Z nonsense ones- LOL) so this dollhouse would be better but the sheer SIZE of it is insane. But it’s actually done really well.

Speaking of dollhouses I almost DIED when I came across this one. But OH MAMA, almost 2 grand is insanity. But I kind of want it for me. :)

Ok, anyways, back to the gift guide. Here it is, I’m scared of teens so I took some guesses but don’t count my word as bond there. 5-10 year olds I can handle well, though!

• Andrew just did the Function Health lab tests and it’s very thorough and helped him discover not only his biological age of a decade younger than he is (!), but also elevated markers for heart disease he did not know about and now can address. • We’ve done two custom shuffleboard tables for clients lately, and this one is not nearly as pricey but still good looking (I also have come to love shuffleboard!)
• Blanton’s is not only a VERY nice bottle of bourbon but I love the bottle for display too :)

• For the cook, a smart meat thermometer or super sleek chef’s knife.
• Also Andrew’s favorites – Vuori workout shorts and Jack Black face products.

I also have swapped almost all my socks for Bombas styles– running, casual no show for sneakers and some tall ones for boots. At this age, good socks thrill me. :)

Henry and Emma LOVE slippers, so I got them both some new slip on bootie knit versions they love (with the “grippy” bottoms so Emma can dance her pants off and not slip). Henry, my sweet old soul, also MUST wear socks to bed- he calls them “sleeping socks”- and they must be low calf/ ankle height and form fitting. So these fit the bill perfectly. I also cannot keep up with if the cool kids are wearing socks that are high or low these days, but Henry is still in his high calf striped socks phase and I adore these for him.

Also, we have a couple great things left in our holiday shop – original art, the perfect vases for everyday and cute napkins (we are trying to get more holiday candles – yet again they went FAST).
